Actually, the only part of the Cherry Tree that is edible is the fleshy part of the fruit. Whenever I have worked with Cherry Wood, I have protected myself from it’s dust. OTH, it sure is a pleasure to cut with sharp tools and finishes really pretty!!

Really? I’m sure I’ve swallowed apple seeds (I make my pies from scratch and miss seeds sometimes. I also remember eating the soft white pulp seed inside the hard apricot pit once, and I’m still here. Was I just lucky?
