I’m a raynaud’s person and lifelong insomniac, but I’ve found that sometimes it helps to remove my socks when I am trying to sleep.

Hell I’ve used my feet to regulate my body temperature in bed (which helps me sleep) since I was a kid! Was never taught it, just figured out that it was the easiest way to control my core temp in bed.

I do frequently stick my feet out of the blankets to be comfortable. But I can never fall asleep with cold feet!

Hehehe Chad Haney – we don’t use blankets for most of the year :-p
But I find I need to do this even when I’m visiting your part of the world, and even in the winter. (Though I’m sure your winter is worse than West Coast winters).
